During high-volume periods (sales, festivals), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Estimated Delivery Time (India)
We ship across India with trusted courier partners.
Typical delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 3–5 days

Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 days

Remote / Rural Locations: 6–10 days
These are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance, weather, festivals, strikes, etc.
3. Shipping Charges

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:

5. Delayed Deliveries
Kiddoro is not liable for delays caused by:

We will always assist you in tracking your package, but delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed.
6. Wrong / Incomplete Address
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

The order may return to us

7. Order Not Delivered But Marked Delivered
If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package:

8. Damaged Packaging at Delivery
