Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Tags, accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be intact.

  • You must provide a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Note: Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear & tear are not eligible.

⚠️ Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Wrong Product Issues

Please check your order immediately when delivered.
Contact us within 48 hours if:

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personal care items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items on sale or discount

  • Gift cards

  • Hygiene-sensitive products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please:

  1. Request a return,

  2. Place a new order after the return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Bank/UPI processing times may vary.
